Family Camp is one of the highlights of the summer at Trout Creek. Families of all sizes and ages join us for a few days of fun, fellowship, and relaxation. Families can enjoy many activities, a great speaker and delicious, family-centered meal times.
A relaxed schedule leaves lots of time to spend together. We offer several options for housing including cabins and Retreat Center, or families can choose to bring their own housing including tents or RVs.
So if you want to invest in some great family time, plan to join us for Family Camp this summer. We look forward to seeing you!
Doug grew up on the East Coast, the youngest of four children and the son of an Assemblies of God Pastor. Doug struggled as a young teenager, but at the age of 17, he dedicated his life completely to Christ. In 1989, at the age of 33, Doug and his family moved to Portland for Doug to attend Multnomah School of the Bible (now Multnomah University). In March of 1992, they began a Sunday evening Bible study which eventually became Calvary Chapel Southeast in Milwaukee, where Doug is still the senior pastor. Doug has been married to his wife, Janet since 1979. They have five children and four grandchildren. Many of the youth from Calvary Chapel Southeast have served on the Trout Creek summer staff, including his daughter, Mary. Doug will be teaching on how to have Real Faith Lived Out in Real Life from Hebrews 11.
